Trowers reappointed to FSCS Legal Panel

International law firm Trowers & Hamlins has been reappointed to the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) HR and employment advice panel.

Having been a part of the FSCS legal panel since 2015, the new framework came into effect in January 2023 and will last for three years, with an option to extend the appointments for a further 12 months, and will consist of three areas of work – core legal services, Scots law, and HR and employment advice.

Casey McGrath, Head of Legal at FSCS, said:

“We’re delighted to announce the results of the procurement process for our new legal panel. The number and quality of applicants made for an exceptionally strong field, which is testament to the quality and impact of FSCS’s legal work”.

Emma Burrows, Head of Employment and Pensions at Trowers, commented:

"We're thrilled to be working with FSCS again – we know from our close relationship that we share many of the same values and that they appreciate our work in supporting our clients be employers of the future."
