International law firm Trowers & Hamlins has advised the shareholders of Vigil on its sale to TXP, a systems integrator specialising in tech consulting, development and resourcing.
Vigil is a specialist in AWS cloud transformation, software development and technology consulting, expertise that will strengthen and broaden TXP’s cloud capabilities and service offerings.
With a technology team of nearly 100 experts based mainly in Portugal and Brazil, Vigil brings an impressive client roster to TXP, including ITV, Trainline, Convex and DC Thomson Group. Its software engineering expertise will strengthen TXP’s nearshore and offshore service capabilities.
