Aston University has announced the appointment of Amardeep Gill, National Head of Public Sector at Trowers & Hamlins, as a Visiting Professor in Law within its School of Law and Social Sciences.
In this role, Amardeep Gill will deliver a programme of lectures to law students across the social sciences, focusing on a range of legal, regulatory and governance issues aligned to his areas of specialism. His teaching will combine rigorous legal analysis with real-world insight drawn from senior leadership roles advising public sector bodies, regulators and institutions navigating reform, complexity and systemic change.
The appointment supports Aston University’s emphasis on practice-informed teaching, employability and professional readiness, reflecting the University’s strategic commitment to equipping graduates with the skills and insight required to succeed in a rapidly evolving legal and public policy environment.
