International law firm Trowers & Hamlins has advised Great Places Housing Group on its recent transaction with Urban Splash and Places for People.
The deal between Great Places Housing Group, Urban Splash and Places for People will deliver 30 affordable homes in Park Hill, Sheffield. The group has previously worked alongside Urban Splash at Park Hill, delivering 96 homes during phase one of the grade two-listed building’s renovation.
Park Hill is an urban living regeneration project in the largest Grade II listed building in Europe. The project will provide homes, apartments, student accommodation, and a commercial workspace.
