Trowers & Hamlins has advised the owners of award-winning Devon restaurant and farm shop Otterton Mill on the acquisition of Powderham Farm Shop & Bistro.

Situated on the Powderham Castle Estate, on the banks of the Exe Estuary in South Devon, the well-established and renowned farm shop and bistro is complete with in-house butchery, delicatessen, and post office. The new owners, Chris and Carol Wright, have acquired Powderham Farm Shop & Bistro from its previous owners.
