International law firm Trowers & Hamlins has strengthened its Projects and Construction team with the hire of new partner Victoria Ball, who will be based in the firm's Birmingham office.

Victoria is a specialist in advising on non-contentious construction matters including advising developers, contractors and consultants on a broad range of construction and development projects, including large scale residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.

A qualified lawyer of 14 years, Victoria re-joins Trowers from DLA Piper after initially being with the firm from 2015-2018.

Prior to joining the partnership at Trowers, Victoria was noted as a 'Rising Star' by Legal 500 and an 'Associate to Watch' by Chambers and Partners.

Stephanie Canham, Head of Projects and Construction at Trowers, commented:

"We are excited to welcome Victoria back to our Projects and Construction team. As a new partner with a growing reputation in the sector, Victoria brings a wealth of experience in advising clients on a range of non-contentious construction matters and is well placed to help grow the practice in the West Midlands."

Victoria added:

"I am really pleased to be back at Trowers and look forward to working alongside the wider Projects and Construction team, both on a national and regional scale, as we continue to enhance our reputation as a leading law firm which is able to advise clients on the full spectrum of construction related matters."
