Trowers & Hamlins has been appointed to the Crown Commercial Service's (CCS) Wider Public Sector Legal Services Framework.

CCS are the biggest public procurement organisation in the UK. They support the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2021/22, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £2.8 billion - supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.

The framework which came into effect on 6 September covers a wide range of legal services such as administrative and public law, finance and investment contracts, competition law, corporate law, data protection and intellectual property, employment, disputes, property, procurement, pensions, construction and energy projects and will run for three years.

Trowers have been appointed to:

•           Lot 1a – Full Service Provision
•           Lot 2a – General Service Provision

The framework is available to local government bodies and the wider public sector including registered providers.
