Trowers advises Devon based manufacturer on sale worth £16.88m


International law firm Trowers & Hamlins has advised the selling shareholders on the sale of Fraser Anti-Static Techniques Limited, a Devon-headquartered multi-national anti-static equipment manufacturer, to SDI Group plc for £16.88 million.

Fraser Anti-Static Techniques Limited is a specialist developer and manufacturer of anti-static products of over 30 years standing. With established sales bases in the UK, Shanghai and Germany, and a distribution network spanning over 40 countries, the Company provides niche products and technical expertise to its customers worldwide.

SDI Group plc designs and manufactures scientific products for use by the life sciences, healthcare, astronomy, consumer manufacturing and art conservation markets.

The deal was led by Lynne Rathbone and Matthew Libby with support from Rose Wakefield and members of the Property team, Lynn Onyett and Becky Moore, IP team, Alice Stripe and Joe Armstrong, and Employment and Pensions teams, John Turnbull and Martin McFall.
