How can we help you?

International law firm Trowers & Hamlins has hosted a series of events to celebrate International Women's Day 2020.

The events have been organised across the firm's offices with support from the firm's diversity and inclusion committee, TrowersIncludes, to celebrate and recognise the achievements of women worldwide, while continuing to campaign for greater progress towards gender equality.

The events include a careers event in Manchester with ARK Consultancy providing advice and inspiration for women on their career journey.

The firm also sponsored West Midlands Women's Voice's annual women's day event in Birmingham, which celebrated "the Roaring West Midlands" in recognition of women and men shaping our region from the 1920s to the 2020s. Yetunde Dania, partner and head of the Birmingham office was part of the panel.

In London there is a  panel event comprising Theresa Mohammed, Alexandra Lee-Knight and Robyn Asbury amongst others discussing their own career progression.
The firm is also participating in Interlaw IWD campaign, our elite global legal network, where we are answering the following question: 'How will you forge a gender equal world'.

Helen Randall, partner and TrowersIncludes champion said:

"Each year we celebrate International Women's Day with events and activities that everybody can get involved in to mark our commitment to diversity and inclusion – a topic that we feel passionately about across the entire firm."

Helen Randall will also be chairing the Thomson Reuters 3rd Annual Transforming Women's Leadership event on 31st March.
