Top 40 law firm Trowers & Hamlins has bolstered its corporate offering with new partner Mathew Harvey and senior associate Mike McMahon.
The duo join the firm's Birmingham office from Weightmans LLP, bringing with them a combined 30 years of experience.
Mathew is known for his work in the corporate finance market in the UK and internationally, and specialises in M&A, venture capital and private equity work. He also undertakes joint ventures and advises on shareholders agreements, articles of association and company structuring. Mathew works closely with entrepreneurs, owner-managers, family businesses, management teams and funders.
Mike specialises in company and business acquisitions and disposals, venture capital and private equity transactions as well as company constitutions and general company law advice.
