International law firm Trowers & Hamlins was awarded Best RPI Lawyer at the Hermes Responsible Property Investment Awards for the second year.
The annual event recognises outstanding performance in environmental and social matters amongst Hermes’ external property managers and advisors.
Winners were selected based on their overall commitment to and demonstration of the proactivity of the firm in sustainable activity, and the successful inclusion of green clauses in leases and ESG criteria in construction contracts.
Trowers & Hamlins have acted for Hermes Property Unit Trust for over a decade, advising on all aspects of real estate, including sales and acquisitions, development, property management and construction.
