Top 40 law firm Trowers & Hamlins has been recognised as one of Britain's Healthiest Workplaces. The annual survey of companies and staff reveals the UK’s healthiest places to work.

In this year's survey Trowers was highly commended and placed 3rd in the medium-sized organisation category for the Most Improved Workplace.

The Survey has been running for five years and the firm has been participating for the past four years, with results improving year on year. The annual Britain's Healthiest Workplace Survey is compiled with the firm's UK private medical insurers, Vitality, Rand Europe, the University of Cambridge and Mercer.

Sue Brooks, Head of Reward at Trowers & Hamlins said:

"We are delighted to have received recognition again for our focus on health and wellbeing. We are dedicated to promoting and encouraging a holistic wellbeing attitude across our firm, including physical, mental, financial and social wellbeing and it's brilliant that this is all contributing to the increased performance of our employees and partners. The firm's results also showed high levels of engagement and low levels of work impairment.
