Top 40 law firm Trowers & Hamlins has been appointed to the new full service legal panel for social housing business WM Housing.
The panel will run for four years and Trowers will advise on the fullest range of service areas.
WM Housing Group has grown into one of the largest social housing businesses in the West Midlands and exists to create places where people are proud to live and work.
Community has always been at the heart of what WM does. This fact is reflected in the new name and brand, "Citizen", that WM will transition to over the coming months.
Sharron Webster, partner at Trowers who led the firm's team on their proposal, said:
