International law firm Trowers & Hamlins has been appointed to the legal framework panel for leading registered provider, Riverside following a highly competitive procurement process.

Trowers has been appointed to lots; 1) Property and Development, 2) Non-Property including Governance, Commercial and Employment and 3) Corporate, Finance and Banking. The panel will commence on 1st April and run for three years.

Riverside are one of the UK's leading registered providers of social housing, offering affordable housing and support to people of all ages and circumstances.

Now in its 90th year, Riverside, who are headquartered in Liverpool, operate across 160 local authorities in England and Scotland and with over 52,000 homes in management.

Richard St John Williams, who led the team at Trowers commented:
