International law firm Trowers & Hamlins has advised founders Daniel and Thomas Lowe, on the sale of Fourpure, the Bermondsey based craft brewer brand, to the UK subsidiary of Lion Pty, a large international FMCG company based in Australia.
Set up by brothers Daniel and Thomas Lowe in 2013, Fourpure supplies brands including Session IPA and Pils Lager to larger stores such as Marks & Spencer and Tesco as well as independent outlets.

Fourpure chief executive Daniel Lowe said:

It was great to work again with Nick and the Trowers’ team, who provided commercially focussed legal advice and made the sale process as smooth as possible.”
