International law firm Trowers & Hamlins has been appointed to the legal panel for Homes England.

The panel goes live on 1st May 2018 and the firm has been appointed to provide advice across the real estate spectrum including residential and commercial property, procurement and state aid, planning, construction, commercial contracts, litigation, property and major infrastructure finance, together with restructuring and insolvency, corporate, financial regulation, taxation and public/administrative law.

Homes England is an executive non-departmental public body bringing together land, money, expertise, and planning and compulsory purchase powers to deliver a sustained improvement in the affordability of new homes.
