International law firm Trowers & Hamlins has expanded its construction team with the hire of Senior Associate Oliver Williams in the firm's Exeter office.
Oliver joins from Ashfords and brings over 10 years of experience in construction and construction litigation and dispute resolution. His focus is on resolving high value and complex construction and engineering disputes, involving clients such as local authorities, utility and energy companies, commercial and private developers, consultants, contractors and sub-contractors.
