Thought leadership: We have been preparing our series of podcasts focusing on technology in logistics for release in 2024. Watch out for our first one on the future of EV charging with guests from Envevo and Vantage Building Consultancy. We have also completed our new suite of industrial and logistics precedents and have started using them in transactions.

Events: We attended the Last Mile logistics conference in London in October, Bisnow's ESG Real Estate Agenda and various IPF Midland events. We are looking forward to a packed calendar of 2024 events including the Property Week Industrial and Logistics Showcase and The Logistics Manager Property Conference. As always we will have representatives at MIPIM and UKREiiF.

Client bespoke quarterly bulletins: We have continued to prepare quarterly client-specific bulletins for our key industrial and logistics clients, focussing on relevant case law changes or lessons learnt from complex document negotiations.
