Share

As we continue our focus on becoming an Employer of the Future, we explored what makes a Successful Employer and in particular the importance of workplace culture.

In this latest webinar on agile working, Emma Burrows and Nicola Ihnatowicz were delighted to be joined by Gwenllian Williams. They answered your questions and explored the impact of agility on workplace culture, and how successful employers are creating or re-creating their culture with greater agility.

Gwenllian Williams, of deWinton Williams, is an experienced consultant, coach and trainer, with particular expertise in the psychology of change, and a specific interest in resilience for individuals and teams. She has spent recent years working with businesses to keep teams together during the pandemic, working with clients to recreate or create a culture for new ways of working, and has led panels on national conferences on the psychology of change.
