During this week's Trowers Tuesday session we discussed social mobility in the workplace. 

With staff and skills shortages continuing across many sectors, there is an increasing appetite from employers to think more creatively about routes into the workplace and ways to foster greater social inclusion. We answered your questions about practical steps employers can take to attract and progress talent from a range of different backgrounds and to engage with employees on this topic in a meaningful way.
