Following on from our successful summer of inclusivity, this Autumn we are now turning our focus to what makes a responsible employer. 

Mental ill health and burnout have a concerning impact on productivity, sickness absence and retention rates. It's evident that the COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated existing challenges and that burnout levels are on the rise. Responsible employers must proactively support the mental wellbeing of their staff.

Nicola Ihnatowicz and Imogen Reseigh were delighted to be joined by Michael Matania, CEO of Tough Cookie. Tough Cookie are human resilience specialists with expertise in creating group, durational learning journeys. They design and deliver award-winning programmes on resilience & leadership, focusing on organisational-wide culture change. They work across industry, helping world leading organisations like Allen & Overy, Sky and The BBC confront burnout in the workplace.
