Webinar: Trowers Tuesdays – The 'new normal' – how are businesses preparing for a changed workforce after lock-down?

Share

We are delighted to welcome Tom Stephenson and Martin McFall as we all embrace 'the new normal', as employers are facing up to the challenges of managing their workforce within the current economic uncertainty.

As the government prepares to ease restrictions, we will be talking about, and answering questions on the employment and pensions legal issues and the practical implications and challenges of carrying out redundancy exercises or making changes to terms and conditions of employment for staff.

Whether employers have staff on furlough leave or not, they will be alive to the need to keep under review the current terms and conditions offered to those staff. Pension arrangements are often a significant cost consideration within that process. When looking at all the options available, including restructuring and redundancy exercises, employers need to avoid legal pitfalls when weighing up the merits of future changes to pension arrangements or terms and conditions for staff.
