Webinar: The cost of delivering the Building a Safer Future agenda - is it affordable?

Share

The next in our Building a Safer Future webinar series looked at the costs that the Building a Safer Future regime will introduce and also considered the key question, who pays?

Our expert panellists analysed the costs to be incurred by both private and public landlords in implementing the regime – and how costs could be saved whilst still adding value to high rise assets and protecting tenants.

The panellists also discussed what landlords should be considering now to try to ensure that the benefits of the new regime outweigh the costs.

Speakers included:

  • Neal Ackral, Chief Property Officer, Hyde Housing
  • Andrew Mellor, Partner, PRP
  • Ian Doolittle, Consultant, Trowers & Hamlins
  • Rebecca Rees, Partner, Trowers & Hamlins – Chair
