In the ever changing world of employment law, it is easy to overlook the fact that changes to pay or terms and conditions of employment can also affect the amount of the employer contributions you have to pay into a pension scheme. These changes may go unnoticed and can potentially have far reaching financial consequences. Thankfully there are some solutions at hand when these unwanted issues come to light.
We will be talking about and answering questions on the pensions issues that arise in relation to pension contributions and offering some practical 'dos and don'ts' when thinking about tackling unpaid contributions or recovering overpayments.
