With continuing delay over withdrawal from the European Union and the economic and political landscape remaining uncertain, it is even more important to remain on top of recent case law decisions and other developments.

In our procurement update we will look at recent UK case law including on the importance of effective Contract Notices, further clarification around striking out challenges and service concession contracts, together with decisions from the European Court of Justice about direct awards, changes in consortia entities, subcontracting arrangements and "in house" arrangements and recent UK government consultations and PPN's, and, of course, a Brexit round up!

Our procurement seminar in January 2020 will help you understand the key lessons to be learnt - and to be applied - from these decisions.
