Graham Threadingham


Graham has a wide experience of property related matters. He acts for a significant number of Registered Providers and advises on all aspects of development, property acquisitions and sales, shared ownership, right to buy and mortgage work as well as advising on governance and general housing issues.

In the past, he has also carried out a variety of property litigation work for social landlords covering areas such as rent recovery, injunctions and possession actions.

Graham now focuses on proprerty acquisition, development and sales work but his overall experience allows him to provide a wide variety of general housing advice including advice on current issues which arise in the housing sector.
