William Sargeant
William qualified into the Real Estate Finance Security team after completing his training contract with the firm in September 2021.
He performs due diligence for Registered Providers on large scale residential transactions that include charging exercises and portfolio acquisitions and disposals. His work involves reviewing title, searches and planning documentation (e.g. s106 and nominations agreements) to advise on chargeability, valuation issues and possible rectification work. He has also acted on individual residential acquisitions of retirement properties.
