Katie Mansell
Katie is a Solicitor in our Investment and Development team, advising both public and private sector clients on a broad range of commercial real estate matter.
Katie deals with commercial acquisitions and disposals, asset management, financing, and all types of non-contentious landlord and tenant transactions.
Having trained with a focus on commercial real estate, together with gaining vast experience in a corporate team, Katie prides herself on being a commercially minded and pragmatic solicitor, whilst working diligently to achieve the best results for her clients.
Katie also has previous experience advising residential developers; as well as acting for individuals in residential property matters. In 2021, Katie achieved a distinction in her masters degree, having focused her studies on commercial real estate as well as corporate mergers and acquisitions.
