Ignatius is based in our Singapore office and has more than 30 years’ experience advising on energy, infrastructure and resources projects across Asia Pacific and the Middle East. 

He is particularly renowned for his market-leading work in Singapore public-private partnership (PPP) projects. He has advised the Singapore government on almost every PPP project in the country to date and has been instrumental in shaping the development of the PPP model in Singapore.

Ignatius has been consistently recognised in leading legal directories and publications, including Legal 500 Asia Pacific, Chambers Asia-Pacific, Best Lawyers, Who’s Who Legal, and IFLR. A graduate of the University of Singapore, he is fluent in Mandarin and English and also speaks Malay, Cantonese and Fujian.
