David Hughes
David specialises in residential property, in particular property development and joint ventures.
David's experience includes acting for a number of Registered Providers acquiring and disposing of land, negotiating development agreements, and joint venture arrangements, both corporate and contractual.
David also has experience acting on the property side of stock transfers and PFI projects and has been involved in the creation of new shared equity products. David also has experience working for ALMOs on regeneration projects.
Since 2009, David has been actively involved in property matters relating to the Olympic Village in Stratford.
