Nathan Gessey


Nathan is an Associate in Trowers & Hamlins' Projects & Construction department, having trained at the firm. 

Nathan has non-contentious construction experience advising public bodies, private sector developers, joint-venture partnerships, funders, schools and contractors on a wide range of construction law including drafting and negotiation of construction contracts and related documents. 

Nathan's experience includes advising on bespoke construction contracts for the development of a large mixed-use site (comprising affordable housing, commercial space and a school) in London, advising a joint-venture partnership on a large residential development with a mixture of social rent, shared ownership and extra case housing and advising on contractual matters relating to the construction, repair, sale and purchase of portfolios of properties for institutional investor/fund clients.
