Jonathan Grosvenor

Jon's practice focuses on all aspects of debt finance. He works on a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including senior and mezzanine lending, syndicated structures, real estate investment and development, Islamic finance, general corporate lending and hedging arrangements. He has particular experience in real estate finance and debt capital markets transactions.

Jon regularly acts for market participants at all levels of the capital structure, including arrangers, lenders, borrowers, sponsors, funds and issuers, particularly in the real estate sector.
