Jennie Gubbins

Jennie has over 30 years' experience in private equity, stock and bond issues, loans, the acquisition/transfer of companies and undertakings, as well as large commercial and administrative matters and board level advisory work for businesses of many types including start-ups. Jennie has led many major deals, and works with both the public and private sectors. 

Jennie has been acknowledged in legal directories as an expert in her field for Corporate/M&A and Private buyouts: Equity.  She regularly speaks at industry events and has held several NED roles.
