Sophie Critchley
Sophie provides a range of services to individuals, including the preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate and Estate Administration.
Sophie has a particular interest in Trusts and advises on the creation of Trusts, Trust Administration and their use in estate planning, asset protection and Inheritance Tax mitigation.
Sophie also advises on the creation and registration of Charitable Trusts, enabling clients to meet their philanthropic aims in the context of their estate planning.
Sophie is a member of the Charity Law Association.
