Bryan Cheng
Bryan is a lawyer in the International Department of Trowers & Hamlins, based in our Kuala Lumpur office. He joined in July 2022 from a reputable Malaysian law firm where he practiced as an associate in the corporate department.
Bryan has experience representing both domestic and foreign clients in various corporate matters which include mergers & acquisitions, cross-border investment, joint ventures, and private equity. He has acted on transactions in a variety of industries including healthcare, manufacturing, technology, grocery retail, and education.
