Harriet is a Solicitor in our Real Estate department.
Harriet is a commercial development lawyer acting on all aspects of a commercial transaction from development site acquisitions (including conditional contracts, forward funding, overage and option agreements) to pre-lettings, land disposals and asset management.
Harriet also advises on landlord and tenant related matters including leases, licences, agreement for leases and on all real estate management issues.
