Harriet Burford
Harriet is a Senior Associate in the real estate team and is based in our Birmingham office.
Harriet is a commercial development and investment lawyer acting on all aspects of a commercial transaction from development site acquisitions (including conditional contracts, forward funding, overage and option agreements) to pre-lettings, investment acquisitions and disposals.
Harriet also provides asset management advice on landlord and tenant related matters including leases, licences, agreements for lease and on all real estate management issues.
