Shamsa is a Trainee Lawyer in the international corporate department of Trowers & Hamlins based in our Oman office. 

Shamsa has experience in corporate commercial law, commercial litigation, real estate, foreign direct investment, and corporate governance. She possesses expertise in company formation in Oman, foreign investment in the ITC area in Oman, negotiation and drafting commercial contract, and labour and corporate compliance advisory.
