Shamsa Al Sharji


Shamsa is a Trainee Lawyer (soon to qualify as an associate) in the International Banking and Finance department of Trowers & Hamlins based in its Oman office.

She advises financial institutions, direct lenders and corporate borrowers on various financing transactions, including leveraged and investment-grade acquisition financings, debt restructurings, and secured and unsecured financings.
 
She also advises Omani and non-Omani corporates and financial institutions on a broad range of capital markets transactions. These include public and private debt offerings, regulatory offerings, private placements, investment-grade and high-yield bond and Sukuk offerings.
 
In addition, Shamsa regularly advises clients on corporate governance, MSX/FSA reporting and Oman and Bahrain securities laws compliance and general corporate matters.
