Linna Al Kendi

Linna is a Primary Court licensed lawyer with experience advising clients on a broad range of corporate, commercial and regulatory matters in Oman. Over the years, she has advised clients on contract drafting and review, corporate governance, company formation, regulatory compliance and restructuring matters across a range of sectors.

Prior to joining Trowers & Hamlins, Linna worked at a leading international law firm where she gained extensive experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters. Her experience includes advising on commercial contracts, assisting clients with regulatory and compliance matters, supporting corporate transactions and representing clients before the Court, Royal Oman Police and Public Prosecution.

Linna also previously served as Board Secretary and Board Legal Counsel at a public listed company in Oman, where she advised on corporate governance, reviewed contracts and agreements, supported board and AGM matters and ensured compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
