International law firm Trowers & Hamlins has advised VIVID on the successful completion of its acquisition of a portfolio of over 500 affordable homes from A2Dominion.
The transaction represents a significant milestone for VIVID as it continues to grow its portfolio delivering on its vision "More homes, bright futures" and to provide high-quality, safe and affordable homes for those who need them most across the south of England.
The Trowers team provided all legal support to VIVID and were led by Partner Hannah Jackson and Senior Associate Anna Streeter, and supported by Forhad Ahmed and a significant team working across the London, Exeter and Dubai offices.
