International law firm Trowers & Hamlins has strengthened its Corporate team in London with the appointment of Partner James Wilson.
James specialises in equity capital markets transactions across the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, AIM and Aquis, including IPOs, dual listings, reverse takeovers, secondary fundraisings and corporate governance advice. He also has experience advising on public takeovers under the UK Takeover Code, as well as domestic and international M&A for private companies.
A qualified solicitor with 27 years’ experience, James joins Trowers from DWF.
