International law firm Trowers & Hamlins has won the Aspiring Solicitors award for 'All Star Improvement in Recruiting Diverse Talent 2022'.
Aspiring Solicitors (AS) gave the award due to the fact that 67% of the firm's trainees were AS Members, a 40% increase on the previous year and stated that 'this was the best progress recorded out of all AS Partner firms and are delighted for the team who've been working tirelessly to diversify their talent pool."
Trowers is a partner of Aspiring Solicitors who work with law firms and legal teams to provide opportunities for aspiring solicitors from diverse backgrounds and to enhance diversity and inclusion within the legal profession through coaching, mentoring, events and competitions.
