Trowers & Hamlins are delighted to have responded to the London Sustainability Development Commission's consultation on a pan-London social value framework set out in their paper, "Social Value in Regeneration and Placemaking".

A strategic approach to achieving impact through the regeneration and construction projects taking place across London is essential to ensure we can maximise the social value that can be secured on both a hyper-local and pan-London basis. We are supportive of all of the consultation proposals that deliver enduring and positive change to Londoners – be they citizens, residents, commuters and communities.

We look forward to the results of the consultation and to taking part in the next stage of their development and implementation.
