On Tuesday 3 March, we marked International Women’s Day on 8 March with a session focused on supporting women’s health and wellbeing in the workplace.

We looked at a range of areas including menopause, fertility, caring responsibilities, stress and burnout, and discussed how organisations can create environments that empower women at every stage of their life and career journeys. We also discussed some of the related proposed changes under the ERA.

Laura Welchew will be joined by Jake Wilkie and Elisha Wilson to share insights and practical guidance to help HR and business leaders strengthen wellbeing strategies, reduce barriers, and promote a more inclusive and supportive workplace culture.
