How can we help you?

On Tuesday 24 March we held the second session in our mini series, Navigating Change with the ERA. This week, we focus on the strengthened package of family friendly rights and protections being introduced.

From 6 April, paternity leave and unpaid parental leave become day one rights, together with a new entitlement of up to 52 weeks’ bereaved partner’s paternity leave. Further reforms, including enhancements to flexible working and new forms of bereavement leave, will follow later in the year.

Nicola Ihnatowicz was joined by Tom Stephenson and Jennifer Barnett discussing what these changes mean in practice, the steps employers should take now, and how best to update internal policies and support managers ahead of implementation.
