As organisations make Net Zero commitments, it is important that policies, procurement documents and contracts remain fit for purpose and reflect those targets. The Chancery Lane Project (TCLP) is an independent organisation that has brought together lawyers from around the world to develop contractual drafting to address climate change. As a firm, we’ve been involved with the project since the beginning, and our cross-departmental working group brings together lawyers from across the business to review the TCLP drafting and provide practical insight and proportional application to climate related clauses.
During our special webinar with Becky Annison of The Chancery Lane Project, we discussed how climate related drafting can be implemented effectively to meet organisational requirements. TCLP also showcased their drafting and available tools, with insights from key case studies.
