Webinar: Routes to Real Estate – Neurodiversity

As part of our TrowersIncludes programme we are bringing together leaders and rising stars from the sector to share ideas on how we can reduce the barriers to entry and improve the sector itself.

Our next event in this series explored neurodiversity. More than 15% of the UK are neurodiverse. But what is neurodiversity and why is it important? Valuing the contributions of neurodivergent people and having different neurodivergent experiences represented is known as neurodiversity. Neurodiversity is an important and often overlooked aspect to diversity at work. Our panellists explored how the Real Estate sector can and are supporting neurodiversity in the way we work, design and engage.

Our panellists were:

  • Rebecca Wardle, Partner, Trowers & Hamlins (Chair)
  • Emily Pile, Senior Surveyor, JLL
  • Vivek Menon, Executive Director, Product Management and Chair of Neurodiversity Network, JLL
  • Sam Phillips, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Representnation - a Diversity & Inclusion consultancy appointed by the likes of Lloyd's of London, the ECB and RPC Law
