Last month we published our consultation response to the Green Paper: Transforming Public Procurement.
We are pleased to also share our consultation response to the NHS Provider Selection Regime. This is an important step for the NHS going forward and should provide more flexibility and freedom for those involved in commissioning healthcare services.
