In the current healthcare crisis, data protection issues are fundamental considerations for all. Whether a public body or commercial organisation, managing staff and resources or dealing with the pandemic on the front line, data protection has an important part to play in navigating our way through these challenging times.

Rory Dunlop QC and Jennifer Thelen of 39 Essex Chambers, and Charlotte Clayson of Trowers & Hamlins LLP will look at key issues and the latest developments for managing data in a pandemic, including:
