we can reduce the barriers to entry.
Our first in the series focuses on social mobility. The real estate sector has long struggled to attract and retain a diverse work force. Initiatives such as Pathways to Property led by Reading Real Estate Foundation (RREF) at the University of Reading and the BPF's Redefining Real Estate are just some of those setting out to change the make up of the industry and how it is perceived.
We are bringing together some industry experts to discuss how we can open up the real estate sector to attract a broader range of talent.
