Emily Verbiski


Emily is a Canadian qualified Associate in the International Dispute Resolution and Litigation Team in Dubai. 

Prior to moving to the UAE, she was a disputes lawyer at a boutique litigation firm in Calgary, Canada. Emily has experience in advising clients in complex, high-value and multi-party disputes across the Middle East, including at the DIFC and UAE onshore Courts as well as major arbitral centres in the UAE.

She has experience acting on behalf of a wide range of clients such as private and listed multinational corporations, banks, and high-net-worth individuals from pre-action through to trial and enforcement.
